You should wait for the possible sale from the proof 2 before making the suggestion because you need two sales to establish the price of new hats or effects.
Well I didn't have the keys yet when we agreed on the price in steam chat and I have them now and I'm just waiting for him to come online. I do agree with your point though, sorry about that.
Well, if you got the hat while this suggestion is opened, just show us a screenshot as proof about how much did you pay for it, because 20 keys and a team spirit bill's is not 30 keys, that's 27 keys at most. You can't set a high end of 30 keys just because someone has it as B/O. Untaken buyouts are not a valid proof.

Proof about HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR IT using your item history on your profile, not a screenshot of you wearing the hat. We can see you have it in your backpack, but we don't know how much did you pay for it. If you paid 20 keys and a ts bill's, that's around 27 keys and not 30 keys, so the range should be 23 - 27 keys and not 23 - 30 keys.
you need a sale for 30 keys too. bringing the boat down
