Proof:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17057511 - 2.2 Buds
First time suggesting so please tell me what I do wrong :3
EDIT: Considering the fact that this effect on this hat is worth more than DBD on the same hat is really odd. There are many other higher tier hats with this same effect that are lower. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52d31d424cd7b8c8548b4568 This hat needs to drop in price
Well, considering the fact that this is your first suggestion my comment won't be too harsh. The first point i wish to raise is your proof. Although your have some proof, unless they're sales.... they don't mean anything. In other words, B/O and offers can't stand alone as proof. To change the suggested price on this site sales are required. The second point that is needed to be raised is that opinion doesn't matter and doesn't affect prices. The reason why opinion isn't valued is due to the bias these opinions are based from. Although your opinion isn't bias, opinion again cannot change anything even if the opinion is 100% correct. Again you need sales to price an item. Given that this is your first suggestion, i have tried to keep this comment as constructive as possible. In fact i'll help you with some proof.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16925589 -sold for vintage fan o' war=2.2-2.5 bud
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16527359 -sold for 2 bud 15 keys.
Ok Thanks for all the help and criticism I will take this into consideration in further posts. This hat is hard to make a price for as the reason there are no solds is because nobody is buying them at 2.6+ buds which a lot of people are selling at
Why is Miami Nights effect on this hat worth more than DBD when its the other way round on most hats.
Need solds, not buyouts.
Example: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15936541 -> http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16684326 Appears to have been sold for 3 buds if you check trade history of the buds.
More Proof:
UNSOLDS:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17293386 Unsold at 2.6
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16122863 Unsold for 3 buds. (Really High Price)
You seem to not understand...you don't need unsolds for an unusual suggestion, you need solds. What does an unsold at 3 matter anyways? It's out of the original price range.
To pass a suggestion, you need to show some sales.
From the other suggestion:
"Sales:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16527359 -sold for 2 bud, 15 keys= 2.9 bud (buds were at 17 keys at the time)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16925589 -sold for a vintage fan o' war= approxmiately 2.4 bud (should be 2.2)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15936541 -> http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16684326 -sold for 3 buds if you check trade history of the buds."
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15543034 - somewhat old trade, BO was 2 but sold for an unusual worth 2.2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17219772 - BO 2 buds, unknown sale price
Some previous sales have been rather high, with current BOs much lower than 3 buds. The discrepancy comes because a few of these hats were recently unboxed, which increases supply of this hat. There is one proof for your high end of 2.2 buds (the fan o war trade) and BOs at 2 buds. I think this suggestion is decent.
