I agree 7 is low here. But in 4 months of selling there isn't a single offer >9. Highest offers are ~8-8.5 in 4 months. There is that ks veil offer, but it looks like that was retracted. There was also a secret lucky shot, but it's unclear if for 1:1 with drill or for 1:2 drill + vrh. 9.8 looks like it might be an outlier

9,8 close to 8.5 , 1.4- no big difference in price ranges . I not think that 9.8-outlier. Now no hat on the market - price has risen .

I kind of agree with polar bear, 9.8 might be a bit high. The one with the BO of $300 sold somewhat recently (if you look at new owner's item ID), so you can consider that as a BO of 9 buds. Maybe 8.4-9?
No I am against . if you do not sell a hat for a small price for a long time (no time is important - important end result-sale price ) , then you sell it for a good price - why should I consider it than that a supernatural .
