Suggestion: Festive Rocket Launcher at 2.5–2.8 keys

Also, mathematically speaking, they're valued similarly, so by transitive property, it could be argued that it counts. Not saying that it does though.

I'm not saying 3 keys sells, I'm saying 2.5 keys shouldn't be in range since nobody is selling for that price

I've compiled enough evidence of sales at 2.5 keys and bellow (10 sales!). Downvote as much as you want. I followed the rules. I've done this before. I'm no fool.

And at the rate that keys are going, the new .5 key will be 4 refined in a matter of weeks.

If you're going to call my trades quicksells, that's only the case because people think that the backpack.tf price is up date and that they're getting a good deal.

Many sales seem to be kind of quicksell ish I would have to agree with python there. What do you mean by unsolds at 3 keys, some of those links are either sold or are selling above current range...

3 keys is within the "current" range. That's what most of the unsolds consist of. Only a few are a tad above. One just got taken down due to inactivity (as in today).

Regardless of the sales being quicksells or month long waits, they are the ONLY sales going on. I'm not kidding. I can't find any for 3 keys. 2.8 is still going strong enough but the 2 month price has to go. What it seems to me is that the listed price here is too high and people are anxious that they can't get any sales. Perhaps the market prefers lower prices?

I would also like to point out the lack of counterproof. :/

Brah, not all of us have time to counter proof e'rything. For me, though I can't speak for all of the community. IRL>Tf2. That aside, I'll stay neutral for now, but I agree that it needs a drop, just unsure about that 2.5 low end. Nevertheless, I wish you luck passing this

It only counts if it is sold, people can sell for anything they would like. My scrap can be on the market for 1 ref, but it won't be worth 1 ref. Not until a lot of people like that price.

It looks like most of your solds under 2.8 sold rather quickly. By what you have presented, it looks like anything under 2.8 is a quicksell. Plus, people have shown that 3 keys is still possible.

Nobody has shown me jack. No counterproof or evening reasoning to believe otherwise. It would be nice to take somebody's word for it but I need some actual visual evidence. Just the rules.

Good luck with your endeavors but don't talk to me about "extremely cheap for fast cash". It took 1 key to uncrate this weapon. People sold it for 2 refined at one point. It clearly is in no short supply, given the amount of sellers. The fact that you may receive more than one key should already be a nice sentiment but to say that anything less than 3 keys is a quicksell and is "fast cash" is such a capitalistic statement.

I get it: you want profit, but if it isn't 3x the value it was bought for, it isn't a legitimate selling price?

I'm not saying that the trade didn't happen, but something awfully suspicious is going on here. The item in question is gone without a trace. I also have no idea how long you've been friends with this person. You could have staged this, NOT SAYING THAT YOU DID, but the possibility is there.

Ranges derived on this site are designed to inform users of what we believe to be the most common trade points for an item. Your proof provided clearly shows that to be 2 keys + 5 ref with a few links above and below that. There is just not enough here for your low end of 2.5. I'm honestly not even sure what you are trying to represent with 2.5 keys. 2 keys + 3.55 refined? Certainly not enough for 2 keys + 3 ref here.

There will always be sellers above and below bp.tf price. Just from the comments you can see some sold for 3 keys as well. This doesn't mean the range should be 2.4-3 to include all selling prices. Perhaps 3 flat is too high, but there is certainly not enough to justify 2.5 for the low end.
