Hmm. Here are my thoughts on the matter:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16374667 - kaw bomber + 1 was overpay for the b/o of 12, so this wouldn't be valued above the b/o.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15405734 - this offer is probably the outlier for the high end - arcana rifle + sulph hwnn + Ge phantom - easily 12+ maybe 14-15 conservatively?

So overall sales at 8, 9.5, 10.6, 12, 15 - there's a willing seller at 10
I'd say 8 and 15 are outliers and would be more in favor of a range of 9.5-12. I just can't see 12 as an outlier as well considering the last suggestion was for 12.9 and these hats don't drop in value that steeply in only 4 months. Granted, at the time only 1 was on the market and since then one of the collectors has decided to sell his.
