I disagree, backpack.tf tracks the prices the items are sold at, not the prices traders ask for...this isn't only for a high asking price but also for a low one...if someone asks for 1.5 buds but it is sold at 2 buds in the end, technically only a sale of 2 buds happened and it doesn't matter what he wanted before...otherwise you had to include 3 buds in the range if someone asked for that but settled at 2 buds in the end.

Though I also prefer ranges to flat prices, I cannot find a reason to negate 2 buds flat.

I find most server trades are quicksells in general. It's only the cheap items that get sold at or above market on servers. And the unusuals on something like TF2-T are sometimes bought at or above market (or pre market validation) because someone wants to prove how big their wallet is.

Like I said, no proof, not even a name. Could have been a quick sell. You don't have to believe me, just throwing it out there saying that it has been sold for that price.
