0.4 keys comes out to 2.8 ref, it's sloppy looking but isn't getting crazy with the decimals.
Unusual prices aren't meant to be exact since unusual rarely ever sell for the same amount every time. The idea of using fractions implies a greater level of accuracy which cannot truly be achieved in the unusual market. Therefore prices are left with rougher values, and that's why you'll commonly see people round up or down if a price comes out to be 0.5 keys or 0.05 buds.
why are you valuing a bud+ hat with keys?

Id resuggest with buds.
Suggestion itself is fairly good - but keys is the wrong currency for a hat of this value, sadly. I'd resuggest.
