Keep in mind that there is an exception to that clause:

"The one exception to point out here is for very rare hats."

But yeah, you're going to need at least one sale to prove that range.

this hat isn't 1 of 1 and can still be unboxed so I doubt it would fall under that clause.

because this is a rare hat of course.
