              I see this too ^ don't understand the downvoting. I think it's just one of those effects that have a limited fanbase. I personally.. enjoy it but I wouldn't go out of my way to get a stormy hat if I had enough for one just because OMGFSDFGMSOTOMSTORMY


              Anyway. I think people say that just because they realise it takes a while to sell. Like most Halloween effects. bleh
