so yes there are alot of two scrap sellers that is why its .11-.22 not just .11

.11 means 1 scrap. You essentially just reinforced the current price.

Its alright Amazing OP. I wouldn't even be here if people could actually read trade posts instead of mindlessly copy and pasting links in an effort to get a gold star.. badge.. pat on the back... or whatever you get for an accepted price suggestion.
