Actual Sales recently done=

13.5-2=11.5*0.9=10 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16618987 sold along with the steaming bonk boy(2.2 buds- overpay not calculated because the el jefe owner offered on the ballcap) for circling heart jefe(7.8 buds) + 3 buds pure.
7.8=3=11.8-2.2=9.6
A price range of 9.6-10 buds suits perfectly this unusual hat.

Bonk Boy, Jefe and Front Runner are all very outdated. Downvote.
As indicated, the front runner is 7 months old and the jefe is 5 months old. This might really need a bump up since the last suggestion for it was 9.5-11.5, but it's just not reliable to use those prices. There is currently a suggestion up for the front runner: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52e00b634cd7b88a738b456b
If you could make a suggestion for the jefe as well, that would likely give us a much more solid range.
