Total: 5.4 - 6.2 buds
Taking the pure sale and the low end of the offer
It`s better to use mid range than the low end, u get better range.
1st sale=6 buds
2nd sale=7.7
3rd sale=5.8
5.8-7.7 is a better range. a bit wider but still more accurate
But still, good proof and a good range. Upvote from me.
his reply to my question below V shows that his range is accurate. He took the midrange of overpay and original values.
original prices & overpay used?
Of course. I calculate overpay on both ends of the range which sometimes throws people off

Offers
stormy ke + 2.5 pure (ke has an old price but easily gets offered 5+ even in pure) - that's ~7.5
6 pure was a quickbuyers trade - he was trying to quicksell himself
And the scorching milkman was not 1:1 - 60 keys were added as shown here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16773176
Milkman should be valued no more than the b/o of 5.5 putting that sale at ~8.5
Suggested range is low
