If you look closely, he said 'I don't have pure, but I can overpay in items'. Correct, he was not paying in pure. As for the legitimacy of the offer, I can't say either way, he was a real guy that came to me looking for a part.

As for the negative likes, I could say anything and still get a -1, due to the community forever hating me, however, I suppose that is just the way human nature is.

There does seem to be some relatively okay counter proof for the 2 ref offers, but even so, 1.66 is proven quite well, but feel free to stay neutral as long as you need be.

i tried to find some counter proof if possible used trade.tf and only found 3 sellers at 1.33 ref which they all gone too fast to be count as counterproof and ye most people will be suspicious when they see u own ( same as my suggestions :P ) that many but i dont care how many u own as long as the proof is strong will be good enough when there is around 1 page or less sellers on outpost .
