Your first link on unsold has been sold for 4 refs. Seems that 4 ref is still possible.
No proofs on unwilling sellers on 3.33 refs. Maybe some proof of 3.33 refs offers being rejected will be good.
Don't think that this is enough evidence to remove the Low end and High end of the price.
Vintages simply do not get offers, I apologise but I cant post links of trades that dont happen
