It's not majority votes, it's all up to the admins/mods to make the final decision what passes and what doesn't. Usually if it wasn't passed even with positive votes, you likely missed something like amount of proof, strength of proof, or even just something unconsiderable.

You'd probably be better off waiting for more to go around on outpost? Maybe look at places other than Outpost? Generally trade.tf and bazaar.tf have a couple trades for things like this, just currently probably one on either site due to the amount of wranglers and rarity of the Chem Sets.

EDIT: I don't author attention pay; Didn't notice it was different people. Oh well. Best of luck to this guy.

Edited: Don't think I need to add more proof. I've passed several Collector suggestions just like you see here.

None on Bazaar and probably none on trade.tf (not like anyone uses Bazaar). Outpost is best for proof
