It doesn't really matter what you are buying for.
Generic comments usually work, but not all the time :)
In the long run, if there is a consistent Mass Buyer or set of buyers at 0.66 Ref, it makes 0.66 Ref a quick sell price - the price will rise to 0.66 Ref - 1 Ref, then 1 Ref flat, and so on.
