http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16116016 bought for scorching mancer(7.2), sold for roboactive attendant http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16057188
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15351965 rejected 8
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17248814 rejected ghosts ze goggles + sf sniper with a killstreak and parts(28 keys = 1.4) + uncraft flip flops(.4) = 9.8
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52dcc8364dd7b8c6628b456b ze(7.6)
old sales were around 10, and i think the attendant is a strong 8-9 as well at the least. 7.2 is a definite outlier. doing 8.6-10, which is pretty much the highest offer/past sales.
Link 4 isn't an actual sale, and since you're basing your high end entirely off of that offer...
Yeah, I think your range is a bit high. Though that's just my opinion...
Can't base suggestions off of offers anymore ( words of the allmighty bucket)
And the Ze Goggles has a 4 month old price and can't be used
im not using offers entirely for a range. the first link sold for 8.6 pure, and the highend is based off an offer

"High End: Set the high end no higher than common b/o's and bounded by the high end sales and offers."
and some of the sales in my last suggestion(the only other recentish sales) were around 10.
edit since you edited your comment:
did you even look at anything i said?
ze goggles: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52dcc8364dd7b8c6628b456b or even the other suggestion gets the same result after overpay.
Then why not wait for that suggestion to pass
The thing about offers was to eliminate suggestions that we saw that didn't include a single sale. Some hat owners would then update the price on their hat every time they got a new offer higher than the suggested range. As long as there are sales in the suggestion, using offers to help determine the range is okay.
