I suggest the price should be lowered to 1.66 - 2 Ref based on this evidence.

I see several things wrong with this. 1. Almost all of your unsolds at 2 ref are very young. I'm even seeing 2 hour unsolds in there. 2. You have very few links below 2 ref, and the tf2tp one is the same seller as the OP link. A few links at 1.66 isn't nearly enough to constitute a change to an item so common. Obvious downvote is obvious

You have one link for 1.66 and it's unbumped.

It would be helpful if you added some solds or buyers.

Buyers shouldn't be used to lower a price (unless they're buying substantial amounts) and solds are unnecessary when lowering

Not enough sellers at low range to include in range
