Very rare, only a limited amount of proof to be had. Only 52 exist.

2 keys no longer sellable (if that's a word).

I know painted items shouldn't be used in suggestions, but here is the other one on the market:

The craftable version of this UNIQUE hat is 0.66 more expensive, yet the stranges are the same value for some reason. Should get a drop.

I think if someone was to offer him 1.8, he would probably take it seeing as he has no offers. And BTW its 0.857 keys to be precise... not much of a difference, maybe 1-2 rec.
