Yes, but that's not what it got sold for... so doesn't count as proof in my opinion.
Trade #4: Fine, don't dount it as proof, but someone would have bought the Mangler for 1.1 buds, so it should be that
Trade #6: Sold in less than a day for that Buyout. Quicksell? Invalid.

Range should include Trade #5 and Trade #4 as 1.1 buds.
Collector's weapons dropped a lot in the past 2 weeks... so I'd consider the 1.1buds sales outliers (i suppose the sales and the offers were valid some weeks ago, but not now), since we got sales for far less than 1.1buds recently.
If you don't agree with my suggestion, make another one with valid counterproof and with ACTUAL sales for above my suggested range(RECENT sales, as collectors weapons dropped in the past 2 weeks).
Not to mention the Bubbling Ten Gallon is 8 months old, I don't see any valid trades here

professional killstreak = highest tier. boosts up the price very much

I'm the one who bought the mangler in trade #5. It was a professional killstreak and I bought it with the Ten Gallon and a strange huntsman. I recently sold it for a strange pro rust botkiller Scattergun.
To clarify, Dolan took the offer on his unusual for a wellrounded unusual, the mangler and sweets because he knew I had offered the Gallon plus s.huntsman on the other guys thread for the mangler. (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16867740) So when Dolan got the mangler he added me and I gave him the gallon and a strange huntsman.
Half the solds either dont support the range or are quick sells
They're mostly one or another type of Killstreak. So the price is a bit wobbly.

Sales are all over the place. The ones provided for your range sold instantly and are also 3 weeks old. Comments indicate some other issues here as well. Just not enough to price this yet.
