Sorry, but backpack.tf's price in USD for Earbuds aren't the best. They're definately not $40
Not sure if it actually sold for steam wallet in this case, but, you can use community market sales.
They're too complicated to use. They have been ignored before.
And in other cases I've seen them used.
Examples would help.
