Where does the 11 come from?
No, you can't pull a price out of thin air.
He pulled it out his rear of course.
Sorry you have no link to support your high end range. You can't put up prices from thin air x_x

Pulling the gear down
If he has 2 offers of 10 keys, and 4 total proofs, and they're all unsold, and b/o's add up to 51, and 51 x 4 = 204, and 210 - 204 = 6, and 6 x the 2 unsolds = 12, and one of the unsolds is young, so 12 - 1 = 11. So that's where the high range came from!
