I don't see where the 12 keys high end come from....yeah, there are some current sellers at that price, but that's their buyout..nobody actually sold at 12 keys.

There was a sold at 13 keys. Since he can't have a high-end higher than what people want, we suggested the high-end to be 12

Mh...that "higher-end higher than buyouts -> higher-end = buyout" doesn't really make sense to me as it doesn't reflect the market properly...buyouts are buyouts...they can happen, but as they haven't yet they shouldn't make the high end. Of course I wouldn't include 13 keys into the range if the item can easily be purchased for lower and isn't a commonly traded item.

If I were the one suggesting, I'd wait for some more sales to get a better overview what the price really is.

      That's my opinion.

The second seller had his trade up for 2 weeks now and nobody really paid any attention whatsoever. His only offer is 4 keys, I don't take his 6 keys c/o because it's not on the trade so there is no proof of that being legit. All of Your sales are dinosaurs... Those things drop in price day after day. There is no way Your high end can be double digit, sorry.
