I saw that, but I don't really know which to use. Having 2 buyouts is kinda weird

i think his B/O is 1.5 buds, but if he doesn't get an offer like that soon he will accept 15 keys if someone offers him. but i could be wrong.

He might have changed that recently when he realized he wasn't gonna get 1.5

yeah that's the most likely reason since collector weapons take a certain collector to take them, and it may take a while, he wanted to get rid of it i guess.
