Conclusion: 6 Pages on OP - Some are premium users with 1 year old trades, lel. Some are looking for offers, some are highballing it to 1 key and above and some are unbumped. 4 ref is a quicksell price atm and should be removed from the range as there are currently no trades at that price. :) Oh, And Kodorin showed that there are 10+ buyers at 4 ref which means that 4 is an obvious quicksell price, right ? :P Narrowing the range a bit.
