Outliers cannot be simply defined by the time it takes to sell. More important is how the sale relates to others. If there are 4 sales at 14-16, 17 cannot be waved off as a quicksell. My take here is that the 14-15 are true "quicksells" and that the range would be better suited at 16-18. Or you can just wait until you sell. If another mod disagrees because those other sales are a bit older, then that's fine, but all of them are within the last 2 months.
