This is my first real unusual suggestion so take it easy with the comments.

this unusual does definetly need a drop.

no other people doesn't even got offers on their hat.

so my range is 1.4-1.5 cause of the sold one on 1.4 and a guy wanting to swap but RETRACTS (the retract is the reason i take the 0,1 bud off the price cause he didn't want to do it)

again. please dont kill me if i make any mistakes.

None of the other people has STILL not recieved any offers on their unusual!

I am not sure but Do Retracts or Rejects of offers still count as a offer for suggestions? I have been informed that is a type of price manipulation

Offers higher than the suggested range shown in comments and here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14484176 - suggest that the range is low. This does need a bump down, though. This is probably ~2-2.5 in value but it will require some more digging into.
