thats the most recent sale for it, I always do mini-suggestions using the most recent valid sale on hats with old prices, and in this case, where 2 of the hats have old prices, I do the most recent sales for those (both of which were pure)

You need two sales to price a new effect. Sorry, but my downvote stays. I suggest you make the Tree suggestion first.

Im not pricing a new effect, Im proving that the hat has/is going for 5. That's the only valid sale, so I cant lower the tree with only one sale and no other support
