Resuggesting now that the second link of my last evidence seems to have sold.
Still only 2 trades on outpost that I have found both of which have sold. There is a 3rd one but it's non tradable.
Sold for 1 ref:

Sold for 3 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17446205
thresh anyone?
The range seems far to large though.
With only 2 on outpost each sold 1 ref and 3 ref... what else should the range be?
Could define one being an outlier...possibly the 1 ref? He seems to have taken the first offer given to him regardless and doesn't really follow price-lines or such.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17488166 Here he sold a noncraft Quacken for among other uncraft 8 for 1 scrap and those are valued at 1 ref.
F*ck, I knew I should have kept the other suggestion up.
Well that's just my thoughts judging from how all his trades are offer via trade links only posts and seems to deal more with CS:GO it looks like. Could wait to see what others have to say, gotta head off now so GL with the suggestion on this.
http://bazaar.tf/trade/637454 - have a 1ref offer
http://bazaar.tf/trade/544496 - waiting for offers, still in his inventory
The range is seems to be fine, but my personal opinion is that 3ref is a bit more than is should be,otherwise the price it okay. Upvote
for a halloween item it not worth it
some are worth a decent amount :P
Range is too large. One must be an outlier, determine which one it is.
