Crafted it, unable to sell it for like a few weeks now, kinda just forgot about it and hope one day someone would take it.

Not me, I crafted it like a month after it came out. It's the first crafter that got offered 7 buds but he decided he can probably get more out of it. I imagine him kicking himself not taking that offer.

I've seen instances like this often. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16532138 Guy got offered an electrostatic Noir, decides to wait to see what better offers come along...two days later, 5 on the market total by then with B/Os of 1 bud on two of em. People need to learn to take and run for things like these are are based on hype.
