The one sold for a nuts glengarry bonnet didn't, he still has it and it's specialized killstreak anyway. And you don't have any proof of 12 keys, plus my suggestion was accepted only 14 hours ago. Possibly a bit early don't you think?

I would recommend closing this and waiting till more sellers come along/lower their prices
as for the other 11 key sold it looks like you sold it in a day? probably a quicksell
Why would you add the 20key unsold since it's already an outlier and not in the range?
The 3~ key offered thread got a 10 pure keys offer already.
You counter yourself by posting a buyer at 13 when you don't have it in the range :P
Also no proof for 12.
