I was yet again, offered a Blizzardy Storm Drill Hat(1.6) + a S Fancy Dress uniform ,which adds up to about 1.7. That confirms the lower range i hope.

Also, regarding Pijamafish's sold, which is 2.2 Buds worth, i beieve that it confirms the upper range, which also satisfies it's previous price.

Sales at 1.7, 1.7?, 2+ but also a b/o of 2. This is probably conservative, but I don't have an issue with it as a conversion to the buds system. Can be further updated with newer sales.
