I know I have some pretty crappy suggestions but I thin this might have some actual good proof. Lets get started: 2.4 is a reasonable price but 2.8 is very rare. Only listings for 2.8 keys+ are painted. Also there is one painted team spirit for 2.1 kys :p

Real proof (outpost.tf)
2.5 keys for painted:http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17621624
almost 1 week old 2 keys painted lime: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17524989
unsold 4 days painted for around 2.4 or 2.5 keys: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17568944
unsold 6 days 2.8 keys no offers: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17556050
2.3 keys ( I think)http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17660369
unsold bp.tf price: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17584874
painted team spirit has offer of 2 keys: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17644666
hopefully this is enough proof :D
theres no solid proof for the ends of the range, you need to support those
1. you should organize your proof
2. fix your links
3. 3rd link is looking for low-end + 4 ref
4. offers don't mean much as the trader can be lowballing
Only 1 link for low end
I advise resuggesting with a better range
A single seller at 2 keys isn't enough to include in range
Closing for insufficient evidence of low range
