Lately, this hat has been very and I mean EVERY elusive and impossible to get without paying an outrageous buyout. Personally, I paid 2 buds for it the and I don't regret it at all. This hat is worth that price and many others think so as well.
I am boosting the value by not much just so it gets the value it deserves. Here are some offers that people have gotten on tf2op

There are two stormy storm honchos being sold there, one for 110 the other for 200. 110 = $95.66USD which translates to about 2.5buds the 200 translates to $173.92USD which is WAYYY over the normal price but I'll consider it a outliar.
The other trade didn't get offers at all so I feel like putting them here would be pointless.
Yes, I do realize I did not post any completed trades but I bought mine for 2 buds the other day without second thought because I know it was a good deal. Besides, the fact that people are offering such extremely high tier items and huge overpay in pure means that this hat is valued MUCH MUCH higher than its current price. I know the question will arise that "but uber, you didn't post any finished trades" Well, to that I have to say that the offers are real and I contacted some of the offer makers and they were legitimately going to go for it until the trade owner ignored their offers. This means that the trade owners could of taken offers but didn't. Either way, I think this is an amazing hat and statistically and from personal opinion it deserves more.

I will try to find some completed trades in order to back up the price further, but this is what I have so far.

Original value is 2-2.2, so technically you are lowering the value of it. You got one sold which is yours at 2 buds if your provide valid proof of it, but you need proof of the 1.8 low end, there are surely more sales out there with how many is on the market.
Where did you get the original value from? Besides, I am using 1.8 as a low end because it was previously proven by somebody else to be a high end. Ideally, I would have no low end. I scoured every trade website out there and couldn't find another trade with the honcho.
Go to the stats page of this item, follow the blue line and hover over the right most blue dot, there is the original value of this item. You HAVE to use those in consideration of unusual prices due to the flucuation of bud prices causing the values to change quite a bit and often.
Also 36 of these exist, there surely is more than your sale out there, go find more, search through histories of the hat on the outpost trades currently up, or use past suggestions to track hats that arent on market atm if they sold recently.

I just searched through tf2 market, backpack.tf, tf2op, tf2tp, random unusual trade forums etc, and found nothing else being sold. I guess that proves how nice of a hat that is, nobody sells it. Edit: Found 1 on steam market
Unfortunately bubbling tyrants is outdated by over 5 months, and with original price overpay it would be 1.5~, thus you gave him .5 buds of sweets?

Still your sale isn't valid due to outdated price of the tyrants, sorry.
A two bud sale is a two bud sale.
And one of the rules of the site is you cant use hats over 3 months old in price date.
Despite that, want me to get you a whole list of bubbling tyrants being sold to prove it was worth 1.4?
