To Be Completely Honest, Not sure if he Sold It, Looks Like an Alt to me(The Third Owner has Some of the Same Hats As the Second Owner in his Inventory)

TL;DR Needs at least 2 sales for an unpriced hat to price it unless there has only been one sale in the past 3 months
