Only open trade on OP. Has only one offer on the Capo's, and its ~23 Keys worth. It was declined.
So, no problem with this one, there's nothing I could possibly make a range with, so 23 flat it is, even if unusuals should have ranges. Can't make them up.

Your third link ended up selling for stormy swagmans (1.3-1.8, old price though)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17771233 - was offered 1.3 pure, and would have taken the deal but appears to have sold to someone else. Still, I think it should be taken as a 1.3 bud sale.
Thus, your suggestion is slightly too low. 0.1 bud might seem trivial, but for low tier unusuals it is best to be as precise as we can. Please include the new sale and resuggest, thanks.

I'll resuggest at 1.2-1.3 then. It also adds a range, which is always nice.
