There are just so many b/o's at 4. I have a hard time accepting that the low end should be 4. To me 3.9-4 is better counting the sale at 3 and 4.5 as outliers.

I agree that 3 buds seems like a quicksell, but 4.4 buds also seems like an outlier especially when so many are willing to sell for 4 buds. Polar bear's suggested range of 3.9-4 does seem reasonable though.
