14 Keys is seriously too low on the other suggestion. Maybe do 17-20 Keys just to be safe?

1.8 and 2.1 sales, both outliners. I think this range fits.

After researching on this unusual again, I noticed that there is currently a Buyout of 25 Keys (Link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17557862 ). Plus, I think I got a mistake in the Smoking Lucky Shot (Link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16861429). There has the Dead Presidents Dixie listed in the Current Offer Section. It has said that the Dixie owner will add 10 Lets in items along with the Dead President Unusual. Therefore, I don't think 25 Keys should be in the range anymore. As I had said, 17-20 keys seems like a better range.

What about the collector items sale?

As Python had said, the guy added items along with the Collector's Items, which has a total of ~1.6 buds. Therefore, It must be an Outlier and should not be include in the range.
