I don't really see it doubling in price over the course of the month, just some huge overpay imo, and I don't really see any offers coming anywhere close to that range either, they are fairly recent trades though

No hat should ever, ever, ever be valued higher than one the seller wants. Ever. Zero exceptions. However, you do have a point here. This range is better than the other one and I think this does need a rise. Also, if this gets accepted flies will still be the highest cold killer and I want it to be because I have one :p. In addition, PE Wetworks should be valued at 5 buds. In truth, you could say that 10-15.8 would be more correct, but then you would have to determine the outlier. Since 10 is closer to the current range, it should be considered the range. I'll make a countersuggestion.

TL;DR A range of 10 is better
