It just doesn't seem right somehow. If anything, it says to me that the price is currently very volatile (it's selling low - 14, 17, 20) and it's selling high (1.5, 1.6, 2.1).

Seems to me like it needs to settle first.

I think the price here needs to settle. Not fair to call 5 sales and 2 offers higher than 17-20 keys outliers when there are only 2 sales supporting the range. Price here still needs to settle.
