Maybe this hat was worth 5 buds at one time like the previous price suggestion states, but it seems to me like this hat has stabilized around 2 buds with 4/6 sellers asking for 2 buds and 2/6 sellers asking 3 buds. I hate when items in my bp have no price, especially when it's because the only other suggestion is ridiculous. Only 10 of these hats exist, but thankfully 6 are on the market, so we have a decent sample size (for a newish unusual). The listings range with buy outs of 2-3 buds.

These are all cases of this hat being offered on outpost and they are rather recent, the oldest post being listed in December 2013. I put the lower end of the value at the value of the offers rejected since it seems no one will sell the hat at that lower than that price and it's also the asking price of that one quicksell that sold in a day. I made the upper bounds so that the average would be set at 2 buds since half of the sellers are saying they will only accept 2 buds pure for it. I know this may upset the 3 bud sellers, especially if this hat was really worth 5 buds at some point, but I think the market has spoken and it's now a 2 bud in pure hat. Despite only 3 months ago it trading for 3 buds, I think it has settled at 2 buds.

Please feel free to add any information to help make this a better submission. This is all the information available on the hat, and I think my suggestion is much closer to what the hat should be valued at than the the 5 buds that the only other submission for this hat suggests.
