This item can rise? What sorcery is this?
the darkest, blackest kind :o one involving many sacrifices and a cup of tea
Sounds like my dad's coffee after a 12 hour night shift.
sounds like the flying spaghetti monster wants your soul :o
Not seeing a ton of proof for your high end
There's at least 3 sales at 0.66 ref in the past week. This range is more conservative.
I agree with bucket, you pretty much proved it should stay the same.
0.33 ref just goes way too quick.
You should include those 3 sales at 0.66 in your proof and perhaps make the price 0.33-0.66 or even 0.66 flat due to the scarcity of these on the market.
Problem is how concentrated the sales are at 0.33, even when they sell really quick.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17795793 quick quicksold for 1 scrap
As already mentioned, your high end doesn't match your proof. I will have to agree with Bucket and Puddington that this is too conservative a change
