Well, I saw somewhere that <5 months prices on unusuals can't be considered as outdated, I don't know if it's still right.
Anyway, the suggester applies the overpay but isn't taking original values of Unus....
SnS = 2.6*0.9 = 2.34
VRH = 1.9*0.9 = 1.7
The vrh, I didn't price it at 1.9, it's 1.6-1.8 so I did 1.7
And to make an high end I did 2.3+1.9(overpay calculated) and divided by 2 so that gave me the high end.

Link 1: g.energy safe n sound is 2.4-2.8, but price is outdated. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17148080 - BO 2 buds, sold rather fast. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17521774 - BO 2 buds + 1 key, probably sold. The value is around the ballpark of 2 buds, maybe a bit more.
Link 2: n+b vrh is 1.8-2, but that again is an old price. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17778135 - BO of 1.5, so it shouldn't be valued at more than that. However, the history of the VRH doesn't match this outdoorsman ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16458745 ), so unless you can prove this was traded for the VRH, this trade should not be considered.
Link 3: smoking cold killer's new price is 1.6-2, so that sale becomes ~2
Thus, your suggested 1.5 low end currently isn't supported.

Valid sales here are at 1.9 and 2. Though the GE sns is a bit concerning and that sales is probably ~2.2 at least. Will need a suggestion. Either way, 1.5 as a low end is too low. True range i suspect is ~1.9-2.3 or so
