Little proof? Less than 2 pages on outpost, most selling unsuccessfully for 1 rec, and all the sellers for 1 scrap have been unsolds for days.

Doing it for 0.11 :

Provide unsolds for the 0.22 range and some solds for the 0.11 range.

Until more proof arrives, I'll have to downvote.

what? Keeping 0.22 in range, so no need for unsolds, nor for sales at 0.11, since their B/O is lower than the current range.
