Could probably use a price update. Why is this hat worth more than burning and scorching? Doesn't seem right because dead president effects on hats are dropping. Anyway...

Seems like no one wants this hat anymore with this effect. The only one on the market is not getting any good offers when it has been up for more than 3 weeks.

      I got the high end price based on the offer of the Gentlemans Ushanka


      I also acquired the high end price bases on previous offers on the hat that the owner declined.

        You can't base a price off an unpriced hat.

        And as for the 2 bud + blood scatter sale he didn't add 9 keys, and I'm pretty sure it has to be taken at regular value, not with parts
