Unsold don't change a price. You need more sellers at 1.66 Refs, and not quicksellers.

This is turning out too be my hardest suggestion yet :P. I'll see if i can get some more 1.66 sellers later. If not guess i'll just close this and try again another time

1.66 is poorly bumped.

That should cover it ,even if i'm suggesting 1.66-2.00 ref. Oh and many people selling this for 2.33 ,yet unsuccesful.

12 sellers (not all links work) sell at 1.66 ref is less than 5%, and I see many also selling at 2.33 refs that balances out the discounts.

Do mind that many of the tracks are painted and some are low crafts and some are set.

I did. It would take too much time making calculation of painted samples from 400 ads. I went to get samples for unpainted, non-craft #, non-special level. CMIIW

edit: I tried searching it on outpost just now with the parameters no paint, non gifted, craftable got uh 17 pages +2 ads :P there's actually a fair number of 1.66 out in the back but those are all poorly bumped sooo

It means correct me if i'm wrong (From google :P)

Don't forget that half of the trades are rarely bumped.

- Been selling at 2 Ref for a week - just doesn't sem to sell; Also - no proof provided of 2 Ref sales; Looks nice to have 2 Ref - but it's inaccurate.

- Would 1.77 Ref to 1.88 Ref be a better range? or 1.77 Ref flat?

Good Proof, but inaccurate range - Will have to downvote this one - hope you get the range sorted :)
