The range seems fine - Unsolds at 1 Ref; however - not many sellers at 0.66 Ref (1 on Outpost - Non on the Classifieds as of now) to justify a move to a Flat 2 Rec.

- Seller at 0.66 Ref - 1 Day old - Hasn't been bumped for 9 Hours.

Staying Neutral

Majority/All on market does not sell for 1 ref though. Will take a risk here and let the mods decide on this one.
