For unusuals you need at least 2 sales. The first one never actually sold for a flies dapper, only the second one did.

Go read the rules instead of scanning please. You need 2 sales to price unpriced unusuals that are EITHER: Summer hats/effects or robo hats/effects. Not old effects like this.

I thought that only applies for unpriced hats?

And even then, I've downvoted hats that had only 1 evidence for a new price (rather than an increase or decrease) and the admins passed it anyway. Not even admins care about that rule.

There are a few hats that are exempt from this rule. ex: the burning vf (sales earlier don't really count now that it's all class misc). whoever buys it most likely won't resell.

While the effect is rare, both it and the hat are old, so its legit to only have 1 sale.

That's only for 2013 effects and hats. And he has a buyer and sale at 1 bud and that's enough for oold 1st gen hats... so yea.
