Conclusion:

Rounding a bit to 20-21 since this is a high tier hat, feedback is appreciated :)

Your 19 sale involves 4+ hats, you have to make a mini suggestion for each hat.

So the only sale at 19.1 that's valid is the miami exe + 4, yet that's probably an outlier since there are more sales at 20.6.

There are more low end sales at 20.6 and high end at 21.6, maybe increase it a bit more.

I wouldn't use my 19 sale. Gibus is overpriced, I just saw a suggestion for it for 8.2-8.5. Gibus is outdated. And then everything I got was duped. Offer 3 is valid though, since it was before the duping. However I've seen shamans go for like 15.

And then on my sale, ushanka is underpriced, beak is about 2-2.1 in pure from my experience.

Also the miami exe has b/o at 12, and is definitely overpriced.

Sigh, I was working on this the other day and just came back to it. It appears you beat me to the punch, lol. I was going to use 19-22 which ties to this range pretty well it appears. Here's what I had found:

Adjusting this value to today makes the CM worth 21.5/19.5 * 17 = 18.7 buds.

**Private eye was priced 3-3.6 12 months ago when buds were 27 keys. This makes the current value = 27/19.5*3.3 = 4.6 buds. HOWEVER, current b/os are 3.5 buds so I'm going to value this as 3 pure.

Price: 8 + 6 + ~3 + 1 + 0.3 = ~18.3

No overpay applied as the offerer/offeree aren't known. Also, since this is duped I am putting more merit in the other sales.

Price: ~23, but TC price is from Sept. 10th when buds were ~20.5 keys

Adjust price to today's value: 20.5/19.5 * 23 = ~24 buds

Currently the lowest B/Os on these are 24-25 buds so I have the least confidence in this valuation. As watts is a new effect and, in general, these effects have been dropping quite a bit in the last few months I am not considering this in the PC.
