Declined offers definitely should show reason for proof. It means that a person could have sold it for that, and could have made a 'sale' if they had wanted to, but they deemed it too low. In which case it should be even higher, at that point. But because the proof of higher sales isn't currently available, I thought a conservative bump would be best.

panama's price is 5 months old, hard counter never had a real suggestion, so those two price can't be trusted. 16 for the high end seems a bit too high.
